We promote and encourage coming in person to introduce yourself, ask any questions an most importantly, see your new playground.
The visits are free and available to book below on our timetable.
Weekdays: Monday, Thursday & Friday @ 17:00 and 17:30
Weekends: Saturday @ 11:00 and 11:30

The Fort was built to feel less like a commercial gym and more like a high-performance home gym — a space where every member is known, every program has a purpose, and every session moves you forward. We keep our membership intentionally small so coaches can actually coach, progress can be tracked, and no one gets lost in the crowd.
Here, you don’t just show up and sweat — you train with intent. Your strength, conditioning, and movement are continuously measured, progressed, and refined so you can see real results over time.
