MEET THE FOUNDER

Hey Team, hey Wycombe, hey World, my name is Bo and I am the founder of Fort Phoenix. A few years ago I was a budding PT working gym floors and I was struggling with the saturation, sexualisation, and suppression of the gym industry. I strongly felt someone somewhere should revolutionise the way we 'gym'.

In posing the question, I decided to dedicate the next 5 years to creating Fort Phoenix - the answer. The Fort centralises itself around three E's - Ethos, Environment & Exercise. I am immensely proud of all we have achieved and look forward to the following years.
