The power of the answer is in the question we ask
Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Joining Fort Phoenix starts with our 4-week Induction Pass, which gives you the perfect opportunity to experience training at the Fort. During this period, you’ll get a feel for the facility, explore how to get to the Fort, and see how our schedule fits into your lifestyle. It’s the ideal way to determine if Fort Phoenix is the right fit for you before committing to a long-term membership.
Over my years of coaching, I’ve met people who’ve lost loved ones far too early due to self-imposed poor health and lifestyle choices. Listening to their stories, I’ve come to realize that the real question isn’t: How much will going to Fort Phoenix cost me?
It’s more a matter of: How much will NOT going to Fort Phoenix cost me?
I understand that finances can be a sensitive topic, and I’m more than willing to have an open and honest conversation with you. Because of this, I’ve chosen not to provide a standard, one-size-fits-all answer here. Every situation is unique, and I want to ensure that we find a solution that works for you.
Our standard opening hours are from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. As a members-only facility, we offer flexibility to our members and are happy to accommodate requests for training outside of these hours on occasion. If you need to train outside the standard time frame, just reach out, and we’ll do our best to support your needs.
For a detailed description of all the services we offer at Fort Phoenix, please take a moment to visit our Services page. You’ll find everything from personal training options to specialized programs that are designed to support your fitness goals.
Yes, absolutely! We offer freelance, coach-friendly options here at Fort Phoenix. We take pride in supporting other coaches by providing them with the opportunity to hone their craft and grow their client base, all without the added pressure of unrealistic overheads. If you’re interested, reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss how you can be a part of our community.
To fully understand the difference between CGTs and Zones, we recommend visiting both of their dedicated pages. There, you’ll find a detailed breakdown of these two options and services, helping you choose the one that best suits your needs.
The only non-member option available at Fort Phoenix is our Induction Pack. Beyond that, the only other way for non-members to train is by accompanying a current member, as we offer access passes that accommodate our members' friends and family.
Fort Phoenix is built around necessity and functionality, focusing on versatile equipment that supports a wide range of training styles. We are constantly adding to our collection and will do our best to keep this list updated. As of 14/12/24, we have:
Considering our small amount of Members, this is a lot of kit which is always in good working order.
