Multiple times in my years coaching I have met people who have lost loved ones early due to self-imposed bad health and poor lifestyle choices. Hearing their individual accounts and how they wished their loved ones had taken better care of themselves, I tend now to believe the question isn't; how much will GOING to Fort Phoenix cost me?

Our standard opening hours are between 5:00 - 22.00. With being a members-only facility, we are able to accommodate requests from our members that may require to train outside of this time frame from time-to-time.

We offer free-lance, Coach friendly options here on Fort Phoenix. We take pride in abling other Coaches to hone their craft and build up their client base without the additional pressure of unrealistic overheads.

The only non-member option available on Fort Phoenix is the Induction Pack. Beyond the Induction Pack, friends & family accompanying a current member, is the only other method of access to training on Fort Phoenix. 

Fort Phoenix based its model on necessities and functionality. We also wanted our equipment to be versatile. We are forever adding to our equipment and will do our best to refresh this list. As of 01.06.24 we had:

Considering our small amount of Members, this is a lot of kit which is always in good working order.
