The Coach's Club is a flexible, less intensive option that still offers excellent support and guidance, ideal for those who want steady progress without the full commitment of the Phoenix Club. This service operates in 3-month blocks, and like the Phoenix Club, you can opt in, out, or continue at the end of each cycle.
What’s Included?
1. FORT 1 Subscription
– You receive the equivalent of a FORT 1membership, granting you 30 sessions per month, which can be used across CGTs, Zones, and consultations.
2. Weekly Weigh-In – A weekly weigh-in to track your progress and keep you accountable.
3. Fortnightly Coach Consultation
– A 30-minute face-to-face meeting with your Coach every two weeks, where you’ll review your progress, training, and any other goals.
4. No Weekly Pre-Consultation Analysis – Unlike the Phoenix Club, this option does not include weekly pre-consultation analysis.
5. Pre-Start Consultation (60 minutes)
– A comprehensive onboarding session before your start date, covering pre-weigh-ins, training programme setup, appointment scheduling, and overall preparation.

4. Weekly Pre-Consultation Analysis
– Your Coach dedicates 15 minutes each week to analyse your progress, ensuring that each consultation is as focused and efficient as possible.
5. Pre-Start Consultation (60 minutes)
– A comprehensive onboarding session before your start date, covering; pre-weigh-ins, training programme setup, appointment scheduling, and overall preparation.
