With purposely selected and structured workouts, supported by a video database for visual references. You will be able to build the skill, knowledge and progress, across the 12-weeks, that will lead to you achieving your goal.
B) Advanced trainers who just want to have a structured way to document their workouts and monitor their progress. Having all your training data in one place just removes the umming, arring and guess work that ruins productivity and progress.
