The Fort is a private, members-only facility designed to deliver an unparalleled training environment. Just Gym is for members who want the comfort and freedom of a home gym, paired with the quality and variety of a professional facility. Designed with working professionals in mind, it’s a space where you can train efficiently, without the noise, clutter, or crowds of a traditional gym. Here, you’ll find top-tier equipment and a tranquil environment that lets you focus on your goals while also offering the peace of mind to recharge and recalibrate. Just Gym isn’t just about fitness—it’s about creating balance, progress, and a place that truly feels like your own.


Our small-group training is built for performance. By blending functional and resistance-based equipment, we deliver high-intensity sessions that push you to new levels of strength, endurance, and efficiency. Perfect for those preparing for fitness events like Hyrox—or anyone seeking a challenge—these sessions are structured to maximise results while keeping the atmosphere focused and driven. And with the added benefit of training alongside others, you’ll find extra motivation without losing sight of your own goals.


On The Fort, coaching is treated as an art form. Our space is designed like a recording studio—crafted for focus, precision, and creativity—where freelance coaches can “rent the studio” to produce their finest work. Here, every session is a composition, every movement a note, and every client’s progress a performance. It’s a sanctuary for coaches who value mastery over vanity, craft over gimmicks, and results that resonate.

I asked myself this question years ago while trying to create an authentic, one-on-one experience in commercial facilities. Since founding The Fort, I’ve discovered the answer: No.

The Fort is proud to host a freelance Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coach with a black belt and extensive competition experience.
