Tier 2 is where Fort Phoenix's cost effective Coaching really starts to come into play. We take the best of your attributes, gym knowledge, training experience and simply add ONLY what needs to be added.
Personal Training's cost is driven up by the in-person aspect. When designing the Tier system, we discovered that this expense has created a vacuum in the industry. Why should you have to pay an arm and a leg to acquire a Coach, when you can dot your ‘I’s & cross your ‘T’s?
With Tier 2 we create a junction between reducing the cost via your strengths, and using only the Coaching hours necessary to really hone in on your weaknesses and ultimately your goals.
Tier 2 is for:
A) Gym-goers who are experienced and devoted but yet are not achieving their goals. Tier 2 will remove stagnation, encourage results and help you really understand Progressive Overload and the other training principles.
B) Been on Tier 1 for some time, and want to take it up a notch? Tier 1 isn't designed for progress, as such. So, if you want to take your skills and momentum up to the next level, it's time to join Tier 2 and start to elevate your performance and accept a new challenge.
