“A good system shortens the road to the goal".
- Orison Swett Marden

The best first step is to book a visit and come meet us in person. This gives you the opportunity to experience the gym, our coaching, and our culture firsthand.
We are a gym that is deeply invested in our members, in an industry often dominated by conveyor-belt training and one-size-fits-all programs. We do things differently. Our system is built around you — your goals, your needs, and your long-term success.
During your visit, we’ll answer all your questions, learn more about you, and help you get started with our generous, no-pressure Induction Pass, designed to give you the time and support you need to see if we’re the right fit.

After completing 56 days on the Induction Pass and experiencing the quality of our coaching, community, and facilities, we believe you’ll be ready to become an official member of The Fort (subject to availability).
Your first-year membership includes not only your membership, but also the joining fee and initial buy-in. This structure allows us to continually reinvest into our members—maintaining a well-equipped facility, exceptional coaching, and a progressive training environment.
Each subsequent annual membership is heavily discounted to reward consistency, progress, and commitment. The more you train, the less you pay—our way of recognising and incentivising dedication.

As a member, you can choose from a range of passes and subscription options designed to suit your schedule, goals, budget, and level of ambition.
These options range from Just Gym passes for those who value flexibility, to Just Gym subscriptions tailored to different levels of training frequency.
We also offer fully supported memberships that include access to our workout app, in-depth coaching, strength and cardio testing, and performance tracking.
If you’re ready to make this the year you stop postponing progress—
the year you take action, achieve, and finally exhale—
Start with Step One.
“The first step is the hardest.”
